CLASSES WITH LEANNA
Peaceful Yoga
This class is designed to allow you to wind down after a long week. Using steady breathing and slow stretching this class will be just what the mind and body needs to release stress and tension. The class is mostly done in either a seated or reclined position on your mat using props such as blankets and bolsters to provide comfort. You will be led through simple and mindful guidance on how to connect with yourself and your surroundings to create a peaceful existence.
All Levels
This class is for anyone and everyone looking to start or continue their practice. Every level of yoga can enjoy this class. There is an emphasis on beginner poses which can help you learn the practice of yoga or refresh yourself with getting back to basics. Poses are held longer and explained in detail so students can establish a true connection with their bodies and their practice of yoga.
CLASSES WITH JACKI
Begin Again
Start your practice here or begin again! (Begin Again) moves at a mindfully steady pace, designed for those new to Yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic Yoga poses. Learn the foundations of Yoga through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration of poses. Emphasis is placed on breath awareness, understanding, and stability within each pose.

Yoga Flow
Sara's classes are vinyasa flows for all levels. While she offers a challenge, she makes sure no one is ever left behind. Her teaching focuses on functional anatomy, helping each unique body get the most out of the poses.
CLASSES WITH SONJA
Hatha Yoga
Are you looking for a slow and steady yoga practice good for all levels - you are in good hands with Sonja's All Level Hatha class that focuses on slowly building strength safely with focus on proper alignment of the body and mind. More importantly than the asana practice is to listen to your body and be kind to yourself. Do what your body wants so you can end the class feeling better physically and emotionally. If you want to do more - Sonja always offers more challenging poses and encourages you to add on what you need.
CLASSES WITH TUGBA
My classes are blending Hatha and Vinyasa styles. We move at a steady, accessible pace with a strong focus on breath awareness and alignment. Expect thoughtful sequences that build strength, flexibility, and calm -without rushing. Perfect for those who enjoy a grounded, breath-led flow that allows space to explore each posture with intention.
